This was an emotional trip, full of ups and downs. Our dog became sick. We ended up having to put him down upon our arrival to Wisconsin. The vet said he had cancer on his spleen. He was 13 years old. Despite our lose, we enjoyed time with family and friends; and local food and brews.
Cottonwood, AZ Highlights:
Traded our 2014 Forest River Rockwood 5th wheel for a 2018 Jayco HT Eagle. This was our first outing with the new RV, and our first RV trip without our dog.
Soaked in some beach sounds and smells at Pismo Beach, CA. Visited quaint Calistoga, CA located near Napa, CA. Then off to Redding, CA, viewed some of the forest fire damage from the Carr Fire. Then off to Vacaville, CA to hang out with our daughter in Winters, CA.
For us, 2019 is sure to be another eventful year.
